Panorama Scholarly Group / Logo guidelines
Using the Panorama logo.
The wordmark is how readers, authors and partners recognise the group. These guidelines explain which version to use, how much room to give it, and what to avoid.
Versions
Three versions, one wordmark.
Choose the version by background, not by taste. Every file below is the same drawing, outlined so it needs no fonts.
Clear space and size
Give it room, keep it legible.
Keep a clear area around the wordmark equal to X, the height of the capital P in PANORAMA. No text, page edges or other logos should enter it.
Minimum size
- On screen
- 96 px
- In print
- 25 mm
Below these widths SCHOLARLY GROUP stops being readable, so the wordmark is never set smaller.
Colour
The colours are part of the mark.
The wordmark keeps its own colours on every page, imprint and campaign. It is never tinted to match a surrounding palette.

Do and don’t
Keep the wordmark as it is drawn.
Small changes add up. These are the ones we see most often.
Do
- Use the files on this page, unchanged.
- Use the primary version on light backgrounds and the inverse version on dark ones.
- Keep the name in English in every language edition.
Don’t
Stretch or squeeze it.
Change its colours.
Rotate it.
Add shadows, outlines or effects.
Place it on busy or low-contrast backgrounds.
Retype the name in another font.
Imprint logos
Each imprint has its own mark.
Use an imprint logo when you refer to that imprint or its journals. Do not combine it with the Panorama wordmark into a new lockup; when both appear, give each its own clear space.
